Rates are per accommodation, per night. ~ Double Occupancy. Additional persons - $25 ~ Full Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM ~ Tax is not included. Maine State Lodging Tax is 7%
Single night advance deposit is required to hold your reservations. Cancellation refunds honored 14 days prior to arrival. ~ Sorry – there are no exceptions. ~ Full payment is due on arrival. ~ Cash, Personal Check, Visa, MC Accepted. ~ Sorry - we are unable to accommodate your pets. ~ Smoking inside is not permitted
